バンディッツはkill allです。
パッシブ52p(poeplanner) ライフ35%、Vaal Pact
レベル39でWispering型を目指す場合。レベル39だとact 4からact 5のあたりで、ライフが少ないです。自信がなければ途中でライフを取りつつリスペックしても良いです。

フェイスタンクできるのであれば。

Option 2: Soul of Yugul
反射対策。

Option 3: Soul of Gruthkul
対Izaroに有効です。

必要装備

The Whispering Ice(Vile Staff)
キャラクターのIntに応じてダメージが上がる、ビルドのコアアイテムとなります。リンクを必要とせず、6ソケットで7リンクとなるので安くて強いユニークです。6ソケットに必要なアイテムレベルは50なので買うときは注意してください。今回のビルドではCast When Channelingと使うのでCWC - Scorching Rayがリンクしている必要があります。

Astramentis(Onyx Amulet)
高いIntがついているのでhelmetと武器についているintの割合上昇と相性が良いです。レアで高いライフとInt、レジなどがついているものでも良いですが、そういったものはAstramentisより高額です。

数値の低いものを買って Blessed OrbsやDivine orbでリロールするのも良いです。

Black Sun Crest(Lacquered Helmet)
Intを%で増やしてくれます。レジが揃わないうちはレアで、最終的にこれを装備することを目指します。

Kaom's Heart(Glorious Plate)
レアchestと比較すると1,000ほどヘルスが増えます。エンドゲームコンテンツでの脅威を和らげることができます。

高額なので最初はレアchestで充分です。

ほか装備ではInt、ライフ、レジが付いたものを装備します。

それぞれstr、dexをintに変換するのに使います。

Izaro's Turmoil(Crimson Jewel)
ビルドと相性がよく、簡単にダメージを伸ばせます。

レアjewelでは次のmodを優先します。
+12-16 to Intelligence
14-16% Increased Spell damage while wielding a staff
14-16% Increased Fire damage
14-16% Increased Cold damage
10-12% Increased Spell damage
10-12% Increased Area damage
5-7% Increased Maximum Life

jewelを挿す場所
ビルドでは6つのソケットを使います:
MarauderとTemplarの間: Brute Force Solution
Vaal Pactの近く: Fertile Mind
Templarエリア: Brute Force Solution
TemplarとWitchの間: Izaro's Turmoil または レア
Witchエリア: Izaro's Turmoil または レア
Scionの近く: Brute Force Solution、Izaro's Turmoil または レア

エンチャント

helmet:
30% increased Enfeeble Curse Effect = cursed enemies deal 9% LESS damage
36% increased Arctic Armour Buff Effect = 4.5% LESS damage from fire and physical hits while stationary

boots:
0.6% of Damage Leeched as Life and Mana if you've Killed Recently

gloves:
Cast Commandment of Reflection when Hit - 一時的なクローンを生成

Fingerless Silk glovesを使っているのであればimplicitを失うのでエンチャントはしないほうが良いです。

ジェムとリンク

The Whispering Ice:
Scorching Ray(1) - Cast while Channelling - Concentrated Effect - Elemental Focus - Cold to Fire - Fire Penetration

Scorching Rayはレベル1のまま使います。

4L:
CWDT - Ball Lightning - Curse on Hit - Enfeeble
Orb of Storm - Flame Dash - Blind - Arcane Surge(6)
Faster Attacks - Vigilant Strike - Summon Flame Golem、Arctic Armour

他ボスに合わせてPurity3種を育てておきます。

クオリティを優先するジェム
Curse on Hit
Cold To Fire
DPS gems: CwC、Fire Penetration、Concentrated Effect、Elemental Focus
Faster Attacks
Enfeeble
Vigilant Strike

レベリング

レベル39まではmeleeとして育てます。Sunder、Hatred、トーテムを使っていきます。

39になったらWhispering Iceで進めることができますが、そのままmeleeとしても良いです。

備考
簡単に7リンクが用意できるのでコストパフォーマンスが良いです。

ボスには強いですがマップクリアスピードは遅いので注意してください。
